Exhibit Info
We invite
sponsors, speakers, local and regional organizations
to exhibit their products and services. Please contact
1-866-604-5252 to reserve a booth.
For general exhibitors,
the cost of a booth will be $1200.
During daily breakfast sessions, scheduled
coffee breaks, and after the last daily conference
session participants will be able to browse the exhibit/break
area.
Booth space may be
added in increments of 8x8 at $30.00 per foot. Each
booth will have a table, two chairs, a waste basket,
one extension cord, pipe and drape. Electricity, Internet and phone will
be an extra cost charged on as follows:
Phone:
$50 per booth per line per day (can be used for dial-up
internet access)
High Speed Internet Access: $350
per booth per day
Power (standard 110 or 220): $25.00
per line per booth per day.
